The petitioner has filed the above writ petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned notice dated 18.05.2019 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same consequently direct the respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1, 2 and 3 and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 4 and 5. 3.This writ petition is only challenging the notice directing to give a reply to the notice. In view of the same, the writ petition is not maintainable. Hence, the same is disposed of. The writ petitioner is given liberty to file a reply within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
