When the above Review Application was posted for admission, the learned counsel, who had appeared for the petitioner in C.R.P.(PD).No.1565 of 1999, had also appeared. After arguing the matter at length, the parties decided to settle the dispute on the revision petitioner granting five months time from today to the respondent/Review petitioner to vacate the petitioner's premises.
