Lodge a First Information Report (FIR) with the jurisdictional police station regarding the loss of the two original Sale Deeds and all related title documents. b. Cause a public notice detailing the loss of the said documents to be published in at least one widely circulated English daily and one Tamil daily newspaper in Chennai. c. Submit the necessary application and pursue the same with Respondent No.6 to obtain an official "Non-Traceable Certificate" for both the lost title deeds within 8 weeks. d.
Furnish the original Non-Traceable Certificate so obtained, along with certified copies of the lost deeds from the concerned Sub-Registrar's office and an up-to-date Encumbrance Certificate for both properties, to the Petitioner, at their own cost. e. Direct the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Respondents to indemnify the Petitioner against any future claims or title disputes that may arise due to their negligence in safe custody of the documents ii. Award appropriate compensation to be paid to the Petitioner by the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Respondents towards the loss incurred by the Petitioner due to the diminution of the property value due to the loss of original title deeds. iii.
Order an exemplary compensation to the Petitioner towards the mental agony that he has been put through due to the delay and harassment that he faced in receipt of the original documents even after he has settled the loan amount as early as March 2009. iv. Award the costs of this petition.

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
