When the matter is taken up today for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pursuant to the order passed by the District Collector and District Magistrate, Vellore District in C3/D.O.No.37/2023, dated 08.05.2023, the petitioner has been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
