This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No.4466 of 2011 dated 19.08.2011 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Today, both the petitioners, the second respondent and their respective counsel are present. They filed a joint compromise memo stating that the matter has been settled amicably and hence the second respondent has no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No.4466 of 2011. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the joint compromise memo filed by the petitioners as well as the second respondent, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.4466 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent is hereby quashed.
