Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2015 in respect of returning all the original certificates of the petitioner along with Transfer Certificate to enable the petitioner to continue his engineering studies for the current academic year 2014-2015, within a time to be fixed by this Court.

Heard.

This writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondents to return the original certificates to the petitioner, in order to continue his Engineering studies for the academic year 2014-2015.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the

learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent had submitted that all the original Certificates belonging to the petitioner had already been returned to him.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has also admitted that the petitioner has received all the original Certificates from the second respondent-College.

5. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary in this writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
