(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR,J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking a direction to permit the detenue A.Umar Basha to admit him in any of the private hospital for further treatment for fracture.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenue is a convicted person and he is undergoing treatment at Stanley Hospital, Chennai.

3. Since the detenue is undergoing treatment, no further direction is required.

4. In view of the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
