made in Proc.No.AB1/26100/2017-2 passed by the first respondent and order dated 17.02.2020 made in Proc.No.8404/2019/PA1 passed by the second respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to restore probation as per the order dated 03.04.2019 made in Proc.No.1636/2015/PA1 passed by the first respondent and promote to the post of Forester by transfer with effect from 30.05.2020 and pass such further orders.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has been filed to promote the petitioner to the post of Forester by transfer with effect from 30.05.2020.

2. During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was promoted as Forester vide proceedings of the first respondent / The Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (HOD) in br/K/M/vz;/mM1/35943/2020 dated 19.09.2022. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
