Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in the Telex Message Transfer order No.E 38020/E2/SZ/2015/4982 dated 7.8.2015 and the movement order dated 20.8.2015 issued by the 1st respondent in his movement

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition, as the prayer has become infructuous, since the representation made by the petitioner was already considered by the respondents. The learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondents also submitted that the representation of the petitioner has already been considered. Recording their statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 & 2 of 2015 are also dismissed. No costs.
