ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 147,148, 324, 326 and 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.09 of 2021, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Totally there are 6 accused in this case and the petitioner herein is A6. The allegation is that due to some previous enmity, there was some wordy quarrel between the parties and the petitioner along with other accused said to have attacked the defacto complainant and caused grievous injuries and severed the hand of the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the coaccused persons were detained under Goondas Act. He further submits that the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in 6191 of 2021 was dismissed by this Court on 31.03.2021. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the facts of the case and the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
