ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who is the father of the detenue-P.Gayathri, has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition seeking to direct the respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. In pursuant to the earlier order dated 19.06.2019, both the parents and detenue are present.

3. The detenue, being a major, has expressed her desire to live separately. The petitioner has also expressed his willingness to let her live separately.

4. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention. Accordingly, the detenue is set at liberty and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
