Prayer in WP.Nos.18840, 18842 & 18843/2014:- Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of certiorari calling for the records of the 2nd respondent dated 09.09.2011, 21.12.2012 and 13.08.2013 respectively in F.No.OCA/MDS/3042/2011 ; F.No.OCA/MDS/3044/2012 and F.No.OCA/MDS/3044/2012 and quash the same.

Prayer in WP.Nos.18841 & 18844/2014:- Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent dated 12.05.2010 in G.O.No.SR.1/822-5/2009 issued u/s.3[1] of COFEPOSA and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to drop all proceedings initiated against the petitioner u/s.6[1] of SAFEMA. Mr.S.Rathanasabapathy, SPCCG COMMON ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions and has submitted a letter dated 14.09.2016 to the Registry. Learned counsel also made an endorsement in WP.No.18840/2014 seeking liberty to challenge the proceedings at a later date, which is to the following effect:- "The petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition No.18840 to 18844/2014 with liberty to challenge the proceedings impugned herein at a later date, if instructed thereto."

2. In view of the submission of the letter dated 14.09.2016 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
