ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The above Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking direction to the third respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's wife namely Gomathi, aged about 24 years, before this Court from the illegal custody of the respondents and set her at liberty.

2. The detenue is present and so also, the fourth respondent. Notwithstanding our attempt for mediation between the petitioner, detenue and the fourth respondent and his family, no solution to be reached. Suffice it is to state that there is no illegal detention involved. The detenue, in clear terms, she left the matrimonial home on her own volition. In such view of the matter, the detenue is set at liberty and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
