ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to speed up and complete the trial in C.C.No.163 of 2013 filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi, within a reasonable time period.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegation in the final report and the pressure of work in the courts, this Court cannot issue a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial in C.C.No.163 of 2013 in a time bound manner. However, the trial Court is directed to expeditiously complete the trial.
