On 31.07.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent seeking issuance of patta for the land in Survey No.105 to an extent of 3 acres 15 cents at Navaloore Village, Thittagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District based upon the prolonged possession. Seeking early disposal of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.It appears that the representation made by the petitioner to the Hon'ble Chief Minister Cell was referred to the respondent as per the document filed in the typed set of papers. Thus, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send a copy of the representation dated 31.07.2015, enclosing a copy of this order within two weeks.
