1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the Sub Court, Neyveli, to dispose of the suit in OS.No.60 of 2019, within a time frame.

2. This court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The Petitioner herein is the wife and the Respondent herein is the husband. The Husband has filed HMOP.No.1 of 2019 before the Sub Court, Neiveli, seeking the relief of restitution of conjugal rights, while the Wife has filed OS.No.60 of 2019, for annulment of marriage. Both the cases have been taken together by the Sub Court, Neiveli and the matters are at the stage of recording of evidence of the parties concerned. 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case and without expressing any opinion on the various allegations made by both the parties, against each other, the Sub Court, Neiveli is directed to dispose of both the cases, viz. HMOP.No.1 of 2019 and OS.No.60 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to cooperate for disposal of both the cases by the said Court, within the said period.
