Heard Mr.A.Anandan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Arunmozhi, learned counsel for the first respondent.

2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of his representation dated 11.07.2013 by changing the transfer of property tax in his favour in respect of the property bearing Survey No.163 to an extent of 6500 sq.ft.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent corporation submitted that already an enquiry has been conducted by the officials and it has been found that there is a serious dispute https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as regards the title to the property. Therefore, the first respondent is unable to accede to the request of the petitioner for change of property tax.

4. Till date, the first respondent has not passed any order on the petitioner's representation. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to pass a speaking order as to why the representation given by the petitioner is not feasible for consideration and such order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
