This petition is filed to implead the 19th respondent/proposed party herein as the 19th respondent in the above First Appeal.

2. It is seen that the notice which has been sent to the proposed 19th respondent has been received by her. However, she has not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. Heard the counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

4. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post the matter for argument on 11.06.2024.
