(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) We do not see any reason to review the order dated 10.03.2025. Taking note of the fact that the temporary employees who failed in the special qualifying examination were directed to be regularized on the basis of the order of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal and the said order was also implemented by the Government, we had held that the break in service for the candidates who cleared the special qualifying examination will not be a bar for regularizing them with effect from the date on which others were regularized. What is sought to be done in the review petition is to re agitate the same issue Page No.2/5

once over again.

2. Hence, this Review Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
