PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondents to consider the representation dated 07.05.2019 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to give the police protection to the 2nd respondent employees when reinstate of metro water connection in the petitioner property.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2.It is seen from records that there is already a pending suit between parties and if at all, the petitioner wants any police protection, the petitioner has to file an appropriate petition only in the pending suit and an independent petition will not lie before this Court in exercise of its jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.

3. In view of the above, the relief as sought for by petitioner cannot be granted by this Court are liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the pending suit before the Civil Court.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs.
