This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records pertaining to the F.I.R. In Cr.No.45/2015 dated 23.02.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet has been filed on 11.09.2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Poonamalle and he also produced the copy of the charge sheet. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and the same is closed.
