The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.261 of 2009 pending investigation on the file of the second respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.261 of 2009, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed and taken on file as C.C.No.98 of 2015 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore and the proceedings stand quashed by order dated 23.03.2016 and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accused 1 to 3 were discharged.
