2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are harassed by the respondent Police, even though the husband filed an anticipatory bail petition before the Sessions Court, Cuddalore in Crl.M.P.No.2932 of 2019, wherein on 09.05.2019 it was reported that there is no case is pending.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant against the petitioners, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the respondent police

4. It is seen that the petitioners are husband, wife and son. There was a matrimonial dispute between the defacto complainant and her husband for which a petition in H.M.O.P.No.244 of 2019 was filed before the Family Court, Pondicherry. Thereafter, the wife was unnecessarily harassing the husband for which the husband filed an anticipatory bail petition before the Sessions Court, Cuddalore, wherein on 09.05.2019 it was reported that there is no case is pending.

5. Considering the above facts, it is made clear that if the petitioners are required for enquiry, the respondent police may send notice and conduct enquiry.

6.Recording the same, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
