2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions are not satisfactory and hence these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the certified copy of judgment and decree dated 07.03.2026 passed in C.O.S.Nos.328, 327, 330, 331 and 326 of 2024 on the file of the Additional Commercial Court, Egmore, Chennai.
