(CR.NO.130 OF 2008) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order dated 11.06.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.10306 of 2021 by directing the petitioner to appear before the trial court on all hearig dates instead of directing the petitioner to report before the trial court daily at 10.30 a.m. in the morning and evening 5.00 p.m. from the date of lifting of lokdown and commencement of regular function of courts below, until further orders, in the meantime the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until order and pass such further or other orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.P.

SATHIYAMURTHY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the order dated 11.06.2021 made in Crl.OP.No.10306 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order of this Court till date without any default and is reporting before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. He further submitted that after lifting of lockdown and from commencement of regular function of court below, the petitioner has to report before the trial court daily at 10.30 a.m. However, it is very difficult for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to comply with the condition. Hence, he seeks for modification of the said condition.

3. However, this Court finds no merits in this petition.
