Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in his letter cum order No.CMWSSB / Area - V / Depot 61/ Spl / 2017, dated 11.09.2017 and quash the same as illegal, unlawful and arbitrary and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to immediately restore the water and sewerage connection to the petitioner house bearing Door No.1, Mondieth Lane, Egmore, Chennai - 8. ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition, challenging the notice of the 1st respondent, dated 11.09.2017, thereby, the 1st respondent has returned the application of the petitioner for providing water and sewerage connection and also prayed for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consequential direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to immediately restore the water and sewerage connection to the petitioner's house bearing Door No.1, Mondieth Lane, Egmore, Chennai - 8.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the water and sewerage connection was already restored to the petitioner's house.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is necessary in this case and hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
