ORDER
Seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to release the registered sale deed dated 07.07.2015 bearing Doc.No.4937/2015 to the petitioner, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has paid the deficit stamp duty of Rs.53,790/- on 03.10.2015. However, he has to pay the deficit registration fee of Rs.7685/-, for which, notice has already been issued.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said amount would be paid shortly by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the second respondent to release the registered sale deed dated 07.07.2015 bearing Doc.No.4937/2015 to the petitioner, on receipt of the said amount of Rs.7,685/-. No costs.
