CRIME NO.469 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax to condition para 6(d) imposed on the petitioner herein by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.10412 of 2021 by on order dated 15.06.2021 and directing the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday 10.30 a.m. until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.MURUGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 6(d) of the order dated 15.06.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10412 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 15.06.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 15.06.2021 stand unaltered.
