ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a 'SPA i.e. Cross Relaxation massage in the name and style of NEYA HEALING AND SPA CENTRE" at Door No.277/J Sathy Road Vellai Thottam Ganapathy, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District Pin- 641006 by passing orders on the petitioners representation dated 31.05.2022.

2.On a perusal of the petition, it is seen that the representation was sent through Registered Post by the petitioner only on 15.06.2022 and immediately on the other hand https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has moved this Court on 16.06.2022 seeking for a direction. 3.In view of the above, it is clear that the petitioner has not given sufficient time to the 1st respondent to enquire and consider his representation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.

4.This Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
