2014 and as amended from time to time in Government Medical Colleges Prospectus 2014-15 XV Session issued by the Selection Committee Director of Medical Education Chennai 10 in as far as clause 41 Open Merit List(for service and non-service) and 45(b) and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently directing respondents 2 and 3 to delete and amend the prospectus and refrain from proceeding further in conducting the admission process to the Mch Surgical Gastroenterology course to the year 2014-15.

When the case was taken up for hearing on 12.03.2018, the junior counsel for the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for passover of the case. Thus, the case was passed over https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and when again called at the end of the list, there was no representation for the petitioner herein. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted to today, i.e., on 14.03.2017 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, when the case is taken up for hearing, neither the petitioner nor the learned counsel representing the petitioner are present.

3. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

Therefore, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected MPs are closed.
