2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
