This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 128 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgement passed in Calendar Case No.02 of 2021 dated 03.10.2024 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 128 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
