O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The petitioner and her brother have disputes over the property. The petitioner's brother sold the share of the property along with the petitioner's share to one, Mr.Arul, who in turn sold to one, Ramasamy. Taking advantage of the same, the said Ramasamy has given a police complaint to chase away the petitioner from the enjoyment of the property. In this regard, a civil suit in O.S.No.404 of 2007 is pending before the Subordinate Court, Namakkal. However, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that both the parties were called and advised to sort out the issues before the civil court. Further she undertakes that if necessarily the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

presence of the petitioner is required in future, due notice will be issued to the petitioner for conducting enquiry.
