This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 04.02.2025, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4835 of 2023, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's representation and passed order.
