The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the learned District Judge, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District, to consider and dispose of his bail application on the same day in P.R.C.No.27 of 2013, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Palladam, arising out of Cr.No.104 of 2012, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Palladam Police Station, Palladam, Tiruppur District.

The petitioner is an accused for offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 324 IPC read with Section 3 (1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989. 3.
The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent were heard. The materials available on record were also perused.

Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, the fact that anticipatory bail cannot be granted in respect of offences punishable under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, and that taking into custody of the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
pending consideration of his bail application could cause him irreparable hardship, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the learned District Judge, Tiruppur District to consider the bail application of the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate orders on the same day of his surrender.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
