ORDER

Mrs.M.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the first and second respondents.

2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the first and second respondents, this writ petition is being disposed at the time of admission, by dispensing with notice and counter of the private respondents, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the private respondents at this stage in this writ petition.

3. Thus, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent, to dispose the O.A.No.32 of 2017, O.A.No.33 of 2017 and O.A.No.34 of 2017, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Needless to state, the petitioner and the private respondents shall be heard before such orders are passed in the aforesaid original applications.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
