With the grievance that there is discrepancy in the evaluation that is being done, the petitioner, being a Contractor of Thiruthuraipoondi Panchayat Union, made a representation on 11.09.2015. Seeking disposal of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the limited scope of the prayer, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
