By order dated 03.11.2020, interim injunction was granted as prayed for in O.A.No.547 of 2020 in favour of the applicant/plaintiff. The said injunction is still in force.

2. The counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents 4 to 6 / defendants 4 to 6. Learned counsel for the respondents 4 to 6 submits that the said respondent do not have any desire to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property for the present. The said statement is recorded.

3. The respondents 1 to 3 have been duly served and their names have also been printed in the cause list today. After recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents 4 to 6, the interim injunction granted in favour of the applicant/plaintiff in O.A.No.547 of 2020 on 03.11.2020 is made absolute and O.A.No.547 of 2020 is allowed.

4. The fourth defendant has already filed written statement. Learned counsel for the defendants 4 to 6 would submit that the defendants 5 and 6 are also going to adopt the written statement filed by the fourth defendant and

accordingly, he will be filing a memo to that effect. The said statement is recorded.

5. Post the matter for filing of adoption memo and draft issues on 11.01.2022.
