2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the suit sale agreement was entered between the applicant and respondents 1 and 2 at Chennai and the property is also situated within the jurisdiction of this Court. After execution of sale agreement, respondents 1 and 2 dealt the property with the respondents 3 to 6. Though the major part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this application has been filed since the respondents 3 to 6 / defendants 3 to 6 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the plaint, this application is allowed.
