CMP.No.9629 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 710 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused after the death of the 1st Respondent on 07.02.2020.

2.CMP.No.9630 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused in the above matter after the death of the 1st Respondent on 07.02.2020 pending disposal of the Civil Revision Petition.

3.CMP.No.9631 of 2022 has been filed to bring the legal heirs of the deceased 1st Respondent shown as Respondents 4, 5 & 6 on record in the above Civil Revision Petition.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5.Respondents 4 to 6 have been served, none entered appearance on their behalf.

6.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
