The limited prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition is for the issuance of the Writ of Mandamus to the 3rd respondent to pass orders in Mercy Petition dated 20.4.2015.
2. Today when this matter was called, the learned Advocate General produced a copy of the memorandum dated 15.12.2021, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
whereby the petitioners mercy petition dated 20.04.2015 was considered by the 3rd respondent and was rejected.
3. In view of such consideration, the prayer sought for in the present Writ petition has become infructuous. This Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, accordingly. No costs.
