ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the concerned respondent police station at every first Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.650

of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29929 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the concerned respondent police station at every first Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
