ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to call for the records relating to FIR in S.T.O.R.No.4 of 2010 and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in S.T.O.R.No.4/2010, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ranipet and the same was also taken on file as CC No.417 of 2011. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
