When the matter came up before this Corut under the Caption for being mentioned, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that since he obtained a copy of the order dated 26.07.2023 passed by this Court only on 28.07.2023, he could not comply with the order passed by this Court. In such circumstances, the revision petitioner is directed to file an appropriate petition before this Court.
