The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.7 of 2012 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Concilation Centre and hence, the matter may be closed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
