This writ petition has been filed challenging the order impugned order dated 13.07.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to renew the recognition of the petitioner by extending their validity of recognition as a competent person under SMPV (U) Rules 2016.
