Respondents Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned Notice vide No.5393/TOP/G/Tsunami/ 2015 dated 7.8.2015 passed/ issued by the 5th respondent which contains Name List of 299 beneficiaries for
allotment of Tsunami Quarters in Nallavadu Village, Ariyankuppam Commune, Puducherry and quash the same as highly illegal, unlawful, arbitrary and it crystal clearly reveals malafide attitude of the 5th respondent and consequentially direct the respondents to prepare a fresh List by incorporating the petitioners name also in the list as beneficiary for allotment of Tsunami Quarters by taking into consideration of the petitioner Objection/Request Letter dated 12.08.2015, 31/8/2015, 12/8/15, 31/8/2015, 11/8/2015 and 11/8/15 respectively.

The impugned notice also states that a tentative list of 299 beneficiaries is published. The petitioners made representations. Thereafter, they have come forward to file these Writ Petitions.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that without considering the objections of the petitioners, orders are likely to be passed by drawing the final list.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) for the respondents submitted that the petitioners' objections would be considered before publishing the final list.
4.The statement of the learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) is recorded and the Writ Petitions are disposed of by directing the respondent nos.2 & 5 to consider the objections of the petitioners before publishing the final list.
