ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.12.2015 and to dismantle and remove the illegal cable TV unit put up by the accused.

In the petition, it is stated that the petitioner is having licence to run the cable TV business. The counter petitioners namely, R.Ramesh, G.Rajesh Kumar and S.Pratheep Kumar who do not have any licence are preventing the petitioner from running his business and they have also installed DTH equipments by directly receiving signals and to give connections to the public. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 06.12.2015, but till date no action was taken. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, C.S.R.No.547 of 2015 has been assigned and the matter is pending for enquiry. 4.

In view of the submissions made on either side, since a complaint is pending under C.S.R.No.547 of 2015, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.12.2015, which has been assigned C.S.R.No.547 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.

6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
