ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and his landlord Robert Simon.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a tenant under one Robert Simon and illegally he wanted to vacate the petitioner from the premises which was rented out to the petitioner herein. On receipt of the complaint, the respondent also now compelled the petitioner to vacate the premises and threatened him with dire consequences. Therefore, he further submitted that the respondent absolutely have no role in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and his landlord.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent refused even to receive the complaint from one Robert Simon who is the landlord of the petitioner herein since the entire allegations are civil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in nature between the petitioner and the said Robert Simon. Therefore, no complaint is pending with the file of the respondent herein.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and his landlord.
