ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.2 imposed by the Judicial Magistrate - II, Poonamallee (FAC), in Crl.MP.No.1568 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below. Accordingly, the condition No.2 in Crl.MP.No.1568 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the
